We welcome feedback from everyone. You can share your feedback in the following ways:

If our staff have done something exceptional, or you want to share good news about a young person’s progress, please let us know. Positive feedback helps us recognize excellent practice and motivates our teams.

Young People’s Feedback

We particularly value feedback from young people in our care

At each home, young people can:

  • Talk to their keyworker or any trusted staff member
  • Use anonymous feedback boxes
  • Participate in house meetings
  • Complete surveys and questionnaires
  • Speak to independent visitors and advocates

Making a Complaint

If you wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of our service

We have a formal complaints procedure and will respond to all complaints in accordance with regulations. No one will be disadvantaged for making a complaint.
